Villa Marina Lodge & Condos

This is the “proper” Villa Marina version: enough time to fully unplug, get two true beach days, and still have a flexible day for a water activity without turning the trip into a schedule.

Villa Marina is a relaxed Pacific coast escape built around ocean time and an easy rhythm—slow mornings, long beach afternoons, and sunset evenings. Your stay includes breakfast and internet, with a simple, no-fuss setup that makes this an effortless getaway.

Getting there (arrival options): You can land either in Panama City (PTY) or Río Hato (RIH). You can add ground transportation to your trip in the Activities section during checkout. For Villa Marina, an additional flat supplement applies on top of the transportation price shown in your cart due to the longer distance. Travel time is approximately 5 hours 30 minutes by car on average (varies based on traffic and road conditions). If you prefer to shorten the journey, we can also coordinate a private flight or helicopter transfer. To arrange any transportation option, contact us through Services → Private Transportation, and we will coordinate the best solution for your schedule.

Suggested Itinerary

Day 1 — Arrival & Sunset Settle-In

Arrive, check in, and ease into the pace. Beach walk, pool time, and a simple first night with dinner and ocean air.

Day 2 — Full Beach Day (No Pressure)

Slow breakfast, then a full day for the beach and ocean. Swim, relax, and reset. Keep the evening simple with sunset and a relaxed dinner.

Day 3 — Ocean Day + Optional Activity

Another full day to enjoy the coast at your pace. If you want something more active, this is the best day to add a surf lesson or a water activity. Otherwise, keep it pure downtime.

Day 4 — Flex Day (Explore or Fully Unplug)

Use this day however you want: a slower morning, extra beach time, a boat-style experience, or simply doing nothing. Finish with a strong final evening by the ocean.

Day 5 — Breakfast & Departure

Unhurried breakfast, last beach moment, then check out and depart.

High season (Jan 3 – Apr 16): free cancellation 15 days before; late cancel = 1 night. Low season (Apr 17 – Dec 23): free cancellation 3 days before; late cancel = 1 night. Peak season (Dec 24 – Jan 3): must cancel 75 days before; otherwise 100% of stay (max 5 nights). Early departure penalty applies.
